Welcome to Tech Sewa (https://techsewa.com.np). These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of and access to the Tech Sewa (the "Service") provided by Tech Sewa Pvt. Ltd. ("Tech Sewa," "we," "us," or "our"). By using or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should not use or access the Service.

Buyers purchase services on Tech Sewa.

Sellers offer services through Gigs on Tech Sewa.

Gig / Gigs are services offered on Tech Sewa.

Gig Page allows Seller to describe Gig and Buyer to create an order.

Gig Packages allow Sellers to offer services at different prices.

Orders are formal agreements between Buyers and Sellers after a purchase from Gig's page.

Order Page is where Buyers and Sellers communicate with each other to order Gig.
 

Overview, The most important idea is to focus on the most important details.

- Registering on Tech Sewa is free and requires accurate, complete and updated information, and you are responsible for any activity and password security.

- Gigs on Tech Sewa can be offered at a base price of रु. 500 or more, determined by the Seller.

- Buyers pay Tech Sewa in advance to create an order (Updating Soon).

- Orders are purchased through a Seller's Gig page.

- For fees and payments please read the Payment Terms (Updating Soon).

- Sellers must fulfill orders and may not cancel orders frequently or without reason. Canceling an order can affect a seller's reputation and status.

- Sellers are given account status (rank) based on their performance and reputation. The premium tier offers benefits to its owners, including the ability to offer the service at a higher price or sell their gigs in multiple units through Gig Extras.

- Tech Sewa reserves the right to use any published Deliverables and logo designs for Tech Sewa's marketing and promotional purposes.

Disputes and Cancellations

Tech Sewa encourages Buyers and Sellers to settle disputes and cancel orders by using the Resolution Center or contacting Tech Sewa's Customer Support department for assistance, here. For more information about disputes, Order cancellations and refunds, refer to the Payment Terms.
